Vizient is actively seeking a dedicated early career recruiter to support our campus recruiting strategy in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of recruiting for interns and early talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities include building relationships with universities, managing recruitment logistics, and analyzing recruiting metrics to identify improvements. A Bachelor’s degree along with 2-5 years of relevant experience is required. This role also offers a competitive salary and is incentive eligible.
