PCB Hand Soldering Technician
Location: Loveland, CO
Compensation: $18–$19 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Type: Evaluation Hire
A Day in This RoleAt 7:00 AM, you’ll take your seat at a clean, well-organized ESD bench and review clear work instructions for the day’s builds. Your morning might start with precise hand soldering on through-hole or fine-pitch components under a microscope, followed by a careful electro-mechanical inspection. You’ll verify your workmanship against strict IPC standards, record your results, and keep production moving without sacrificing quality. After a mid-day check-in with your team, you’ll complete final inspection and basic functional checks so every unit meets the bar before it ships.
