Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Job description: Well established Family Practice is currently seeking a Texas licensed Physician Assistant for our full-time opportunity to work in one of our medical facilities in downtown Houston. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic (Focused on Adult Care) 2) Experience of 1 year minimum. (Preferred) 2) Work in conjunction with Physician 3.) Providing healthcare in a Family Practice Clinic . Take patient histories and perform assessments. Coordinate care with physician. Order and review results of diagnostic tests and labs. Make diagnoses, prescribe treatment regimens and monitor efficacy of treatment. Provide health education and preventative services. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIEREMENTS : 1) Current Texas State Medical License 2) Insurability (malpractice) 3) Bilingual English and Spanish is required. 4) Minimal afterhours phone calls. (Average of 2 phone calls per month) 5) Business hours: Mon -Thu: 8AM to 5PM; Fri: 7AM to 2:30PM BENEFITS:  $115,000 to $140,000 annual salary (depend on experience)  Additional monthly production bonus up to $3000 per month.  10-Day vacation per year  5-day paid time Leave per year  7 Recognized Holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas  Birthday off  5 Continuing Medical Education days ( CME ).
