What you’ll need to succeed as an Executive Deskside Support Technician at XPO Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work, or military experience 2 years’ experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment Preferred qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field 2-year or 4-year Degree or vocational training equivalent in CS or MIS. 10 years of experience supporting a corporate networked computer environment, including: installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment; building, deploying and troubleshooting computers; Providing executive/VIP support MCP, MSCE or A+ certifications Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 and Telephony equipment support experience Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 support. Experience supporting Telephony equipment. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
