Sales Appointment Setter | Call Center

Onsite in Byron Center, MI | Full-Time | Steady Schedule | Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Bonus Potential

What You'll Do

• Connect with and follow up with warm leads
• Build rapport and understand homeowner needs
• Answer questions and handle objections
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Work toward individual and team goals

Full-Time Schedule Options

Choose a consistent, steady schedule:

• Monday- Friday | 11:30 AM - 8 PM
• Sunday- Thursday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Starts onsite in Byron Center with potential hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days based on training completion and KPI performance.
