Because you will be working directly with the Principal, you will gain exposure to a wide, diverse range of files rather than being siloed into a single department. What You Will Do Under direct supervision, your day‑to‑day tasks will vary depending on current caseload, and may include: Legal Research & Drafting: Assisting with case law research and drafting correspondence, court documents, and contracts. Family Law: Assisting with parenting and property matters, reviewing disclosure documents, and preparing briefs. Commercial Law: Reviewing commercial agreements and assisting with corporate files. Litigation & Employment: Drafting letters of demand, employment agreements, affidavits and assisting with dispute resolution files.
