Customer service: handle customer inquiries related to card accounts and transactions. Card administration: manage card issuance and account maintenance. Vendor coordination: work with vendors on daily operations and issue resolution. Qualifications Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates. Bilingual in English and Korean (required). Strong attention to detail and a customer service orientation. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in credit card processing or operations. Bachelor's degree. Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (or higher depending on experience). Full insurance coverage (medical, vision, dental) for employees and their immediate dependents; life insurance for employees. Monthly premiums are fully covered by the company and not deducted from pay. 401(k) enrollment with 5% employer match. Paid time off (PTO): vacation, sick, and personal days.
