Restaurant Shift Lead – Salata Salad Kitchen
Salata is looking for a motivated and reliable Shift Lead to join our team! If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to grow your leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities• Lead and support team members during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support the training and development of team members
• Help manage daily operations and resolve issues as they arise
Requirements• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain one

Schedule / Available Shifts:- Monday - Saturday: 2:00 PM - 9:50 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
