Miami Armored® is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to support the company's sales and marketing initiatives. This role combines marketing, customer service, sales support, and administrative responsibilities to help drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships. The Marketing Specialist will execute sales strategies, coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain digital platforms, and support promotional activities that enhance the company's visibility and market presence.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Assist in managing day-to-day sales and marketing activities.
\n
• Develop and implement sales strategies designed to attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
\n
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising channels.
\n
• Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, promotional materials, advertisements, and sales support documents.
\n
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
\n
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional, timely customer service throughout the sales process.
\n
• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content remains current and accurate.
\n
• Manage and update social media platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility.
\n
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, marketing metrics, lead generation activities, and return on investment (ROI).
\n
• Assist in planning, organizing, and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and other promotional activities.
\n
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers as required.
\n
• Maintain marketing databases, sales records, and customer information.
\n
• Support administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
\n
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, business development, or related role.
\n
• Proficiency with AI tools to support marketing initiatives such as content development, campaign management, market research, data analysis, etc.
\n
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience managing company websites and social media platforms.
\n
• Experience with digital marketing, online advertising, and content creation.
\n
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and website content management systems.
\n
• Experience creating professional marketing and sales materials.
\n
• Knowledge of analytics tools and marketing performance reporting.
\n
• Experience in automotive, luxury goods, manufacturing, security, or related industries is considered an asset.

Working Conditions

\n

This position operates primarily in an office environment and requires regular use of computers, communication systems, and marketing software. Occasional travel may be required to attend trade shows, client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events. Additional hours may occasionally be required to support marketing initiatives, events, and business needs.
