Job Description ProspectBlue is actively building our network of talented administrative professionals for upcoming contract opportunities with our clients throughout the Richmond, VA area. If you have strong administrative and customer service experience and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we encourage you to apply. We are seeking reliable, professional candidates who are interested in being considered for current and future openings. Responsibilities may include: Answering and directing phone calls
Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents
Supporting office operations and administrative teams
Managing emails and responding to inquiries
Assisting with special projects as needed Qualifications: Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site What We're Looking For:
We are seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, adaptable, and committed to providing outstanding support in a professional office setting. Candidates with experience in administrative support, customer service, front desk operations, office coordination, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
