About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling into the company. You’ll help create a positive customer experience by answering questions, scheduling appointments, assisting with concerns, and helping customers feel confident they are in good hands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, multitasking in a busy environment, and working closely with dispatch and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and follow call scripts while sounding professional and authentic

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling, inquiries, and concerns

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with customers

• Handle high-volume calls while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

• Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in company software systems

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and team members

• Assist in improving customer service processes and overall customer experience

• Utilize phone systems, CRM platforms, and other technology daily

• Stay informed on company services and promotions to assist customers accurately

• Willingness to learn new systems, software, and processes

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm during busy periods

• Comfortable making outbound calls when needed

• Strong computer and technology skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required

• Experience with phone systems, CRM software, or dispatching systems is a plus
