Job Description
TITLE: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

SCHEDULE:
- Shift: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM
- Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in Iowa
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Experience preferred but not required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver total patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and guide patient education and the activities of ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES:
- Proof of employment and health requirements must be provided at least five business days prior to the contract start date.
- Background checks and drug screens required.
- Mandatory reporter certifications for child and adult abuse must be completed prior to start.
