We are seeking to hire Sales Reps!

Full Time | Monday through Friday | Starting salary $37-$50k+ (DOE) plus Unlimited Monthly Commission

CenCal Auto Parts is looking for a driven, knowledgeable Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial business throughout the Tracy area. You will be the face of our company, connecting with shop owners and technicians, growing accounts, and sharing your passion for the automotive industry every day.

Day to Day

This is an active, field-based role with daily travel to customer locations. Expect regular use of a phone and tablet, along with occasional light to moderate lifting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and grow a book of assigned commercial accounts
• Visit repair shops and automotive businesses daily throughout the territory
• Prospect and open new accounts
• Recommend the right parts, tools, and shop supplies based on customer needs
• Promote new products, programs, and specials
• Uncover opportunities to introduce new product lines

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
• 3 to 5 years of automotive parts or aftermarket experience
• Previous sales, account management, or counter experience
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems
• Self-starter with strong communication and relationship building skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a pre-hire drug screen
