This role is essential to creating an exceptional patient experience while helping our clinic operate efficiently and effectively. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments Confirm appointments and conduct patient follow-up calls Coordinate provider schedules and support daily clinic operations Verify insurance benefits and process patient paperwork Check patients in and out and collect payments Maintain patient records and office documentation Track hearing aid orders, repairs, and inventory Support patient retention efforts and local outreach activities Help ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and patient-focused What Makes You Successful A genuine passion for helping others Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Dependability and attention to detail Comfort speaking with patients both in person and over the phone A positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Experience 10+ years front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Medical, dental, vision, hearing healthcare, chiropractic, or healthcare office experience preferred Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification is a plus Strong computer and data entry skills Why Join?
