Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Wellspring Shift Wellness, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both individual and couples therapy sessions, allowing you to specialize in family dynamics and provide comprehensive care for all family members.

• Evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and situations.
\n
• Addressing a range of family-related issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse concerns.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse situations.
\n
• Grief and loss challenges.
\n
• Sibling and family conflict resolution.
\n
• Communication barriers among family members.
\n
• Support for blended families and adjustments to separation or divorce.

• Documenting session notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, as well as children and adolescents grappling with emotional and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following qualifications:
