Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating both joint sessions with couples as well as individualized therapy for family members, ensuring a holistic approach to family dynamics.
\n
• Engaging in therapeutic modalities to address issues such as grief, loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, blended family dynamics, and the challenges of separation and divorce.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records using integrated digital systems.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, participating in case reviews and team meetings.

• Providing crisis intervention and advocacy for clients in need, ensuring their immediate emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, children, and families facing various challenges, such as:

• Effects of physical and psychological abuse.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
