Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources of each client.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs.

• Implement proven therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to promote healing and resilience.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that establish clear goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients in urgent situations.

• Create and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and engagement among clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure optimal client care.

Qualifications\n
