Project Manager - Construction - Healthcare

R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to serve in our growing buildings sector group. The Senior PM will manage multiple buildings construction projects and employees related to our Healthcare / Hospital portfolio, participate in networking and client relationship efforts as a Doer/Seller team member. The candidate must have experience with Healthcare / Hospital construction (preferred) / project management, excellent communication skills; and be a highly motivated, self-driven, detail-oriented team leader. All CHIN candidates must demonstrate a willingness to acquire new responsibilities and skills, and work in a team environment. The Senior PM will be responsible in leading multiple vertical construction projects: Daily Observation Quality Management / Document Control Contract Administration Facilitate and document project meetings Design and constructability reviews Managing conceptual, planning, and design phases Coordinate and review design estimates Develop and update schedules Provide construction management and project reporting Leadership and communication skills Relationship cultivation in clients and teams Demonstrates an ability and willingness to take initiative Organizational / project management skills Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or highly-related discipline Experience - 10+ years' industry experience PE or AIA License preferred CCM or PMP preferred Ability to lead from both corporate and a field-based office #J-18808-Ljbffr R.M.
