BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representatives
Call Center Representatives.
Requirement Overview
- Number of openings: Approximately 15 Call Center Representatives
- Location: Onsite in Farmington Hills, MI
- Start Date: August 3, 2026 (must be able to start no later than this date)
- Expected End Date: September 4, 2026
- Duration: Approximately 5 weeks
- Pay Rate: $21/hr.
- Interviews: Targeting interviews later this week
- Training Schedule: August 3 through August 21, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Post-Training Schedule: Based on business needs, shifts may range between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Candidate Profile
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
- Tech-savvy is a plus but not required
- Must be available for the full assignment duration
