Job Summary Account Executive responsible for selling iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, identifying and developing new business opportunities through in‑person meetings and research, daily cold‑calling, and cultivating existing business using our full suite of products. Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet client expectations. Responsibilities Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products. Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings with clients and research. Consistently conduct daily cold‑calling and initiate outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation efforts. Cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns. Use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data. Qualifications Self‑motivated “go‑getter” attitude. Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills. Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive. Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a high school diploma (college degree preferred). Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and social networking platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills. Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required. Ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks. Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, iHeart or audio advertising background and being well‑connected are additional nice‑to‑haves. First 30 Days Week 1: Complete onboarding journey for deep understanding of our company, job‑specific trainings and spend time with your team. Week 2: Spend more time with your manager to ensure alignment on work, communication styles, priorities and other expectations. Week 3: Start owning your role and leaning into the real day‑to‑day work with manager support and advocacy. Week 4: Prioritize a 30‑day check‑in to assess needs for success. Interest in developing knowledge of business operations and sales concepts and techniques. Individual accountability and understanding of when to seek guidance. Skill managing assigned projects to completion. Understanding to resolve problems using established guidelines and professional judgement. Ability to communicate product information in a digestible manner and apply active listening skills to validate customer needs. Understanding of impact of own decisions. Goal orientation and ability to focus and prioritize. Compensation This position will be paid on a 100% commission basis.
