Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Neuro ICU/IMCU setting, ensuring high standards of practice and patient safety.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and neurological status.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
