Regional Sales Manager, Spine- Orthopedics

Regional sales leadership position at Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes orthopaedics division, managing spine and trauma product portfolio across Western Carolinas. Leads sales strategies, team management, and account development to drive revenue and clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales strategies and budget management for DePuy Synthes spine and trauma portfolio
- Recruit, hire, and develop diverse sales team while ensuring territory coverage with qualified professionals
- Establish and maintain relationships with key surgeons and accounts to drive new business and technology adoption
- Mentor sales consultants on territory objectives, patient care standards, and account penetration strategies
- Monitor compliance activities and uphold ethics, integrity, and healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years business or leadership experience with 2+ years managing or mentoring others
- Demonstrated clinical and procedural product knowledge in orthopaedics or medical device sales
- Strong leadership capability with ability to manage through organizational change
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
- Sales leadership development program experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
