Senior Implementation Consultant

Staffbase is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Consulting team and lead the technical side of enterprise customer rollouts. You have spent several years in development, consulting, professional services, or sales engineering, and you’re equally comfortable in a deep architecture session with a customer’s IT team and in an executive briefing. This role is about making sure new and existing customers can securely and smoothly integrate Staffbase into their technology landscape and get full value from it. Your job is to see the world through the customer’s eyes and clear the technical path for them. You’ll support Spanish-speaking customers and teams, so fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. Lead the technical design and rollout plan for complex enterprise implementations, from discovery through launch Run technical discovery workshops with customer IT, security, and business stakeholders, and turn findings into a scalable, secure Staffbase architecture Advise on and oversee integrations with systems like Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP, including multi-system and multi-region landscapes Guide customers on using Staffbase APIs and SDKs to fulfill their use cases Work with Technical Specialists to deliver customized client applications that meet customer Corporate Identity (CI) requirements Manage the technical project plan, resources, and dependencies, and clearly communicate status, risks, and effort Support the secure setup of customer environments based on governance and security requirements Troubleshoot and triage technical issues during implementation, using logs and the command line to find root causes Deliver workshops, documentation, and customer communications in English and Spanish as needed Partner with Sales, CSMs, and System Integrators to make Staffbase part of the customer’s core architecture and to spot expansion opportunities Be the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering Mentor colleagues and help build our documentation, delivery best practices, and internal and partner enablement Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, including the ability to run technical workshops and executive presentations in either language 5+ years of development, consulting, professional services, or sales engineering experience, including enterprise-scale SaaS deployments Solid web development knowledge (HTML/CSS) and proficiency in at least one language such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Node.js Comfort using the command line and application logs to diagnose integration issues Project management experience leading technical projects with fixed deadlines, from inception to completion we offer attractive salary packages, including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan) we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of $1608 one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August we’re offering a 401(k) plan with company match and health plans, including dental & vision, as well as competitive Paid Parental Leave to support new parents you’ll get one day off per year for supporting a social project In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof.
