Store Manager - Brookfield

Summary The Store Manager for the Brookfield location leads all store operations and is accountable for sales performance, client experience and adherence to brand standards. This role drives revenue through clienteling, cross-selling and effective sales floor management while coaching and developing a high-performing team. Responsibilities Lead, coach and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service Build and manage a personal client portfolio, driving repurchase rates and cross-selling Recruit, develop staff and implement succession plans to ensure ongoing team capability Maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animations Manage day-to-day sales floor operations and ensure adherence to brand standards and presentation Provide sales data, market insights and customer feedback to the Retail Director and Regional Vice President Requirements Proven luxury retail management experience within a multinational organisation Extensive people management skills with a track record of developing teams Commercially minded with strong clienteling and sales leadership capabilities Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet targets Willingness to work retail hours and lead in-store operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
