What you bring to SBHG (qualifications): Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or equivalent, or Master’s degree in a Mental Health Field. Licensed as MFCC, LCSW or Ph.D. Psychologist preferred. Experience: Three years in a Senior Manager position (Program Director, Center Director, Executive Director, etc.). Senior Leadership experience preferred. Experience with mentally ill children, adolescents and/or adults. License or Certification: Licensed as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psy.D. preferred. Valid California Driver’s License required. How you will make a difference (job overview): The Administrator manages the overall day-to-day operation of designated Community Services programs and their respective facilities, assuring compliance with Federal, State, County and local laws and regulations. He/she oversees facilities and directors who directly manage these programs, or provides direct management in their absence. He/she ensures that there are comprehensive quality treatment programs and services for all clients, and reviews and approves all policies and procedures of the program. The Administrator represents Star View and their programs to governmental agencies, the Board of Directors, and the community. The Administrator ensures the program is operated with fidelity to evidence-based practices including Wraparound, PCIT, TFCBT, MAT and others. He/she assists the Regional Administrator in the development of new programs in Southern California. Division/Program Overview Community-Based and Family Centered programs. TEAMMATES offers Wraparound, Intensive Field Capable Clinical Services (IFCCS), and IFCCS Outreach Triage Team and Child Outreach Triage Team services that cover a full range of treatment and support. 24 hours of referral receipt, and services are delivered countywide by the same team. 24-hour Crisis Intervention SED Children and Adolescent driven program. Client and Family driven program with mutually agreed service provider and family. Contract with DMH and Child Protective Services and Probation.
