QSPTG is partnering with a client in the White, GA area to hire a Korean English Bilingual Payroll Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. This is a high visibility role with strong growth potential and the opportunity to help build and expand the company ADP system.
Compensation: $75K - With flexibility for higher compensation based on experience
Assistance Available
Requirements
- ITAR: No sponsorship available
- Heavy hands on UKG or ADP experience required
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
- 3 to 8 years of payroll or HRIS experience preferred
- Accounting knowledge for invoice reconciliation
Position Overview
This role will play a critical part in expanding and optimizing the ADP system, which is currently partially implemented. The ideal candidate will help build out full functionality across payroll, recruiting, and employee management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support full ADP implementation and optimization
- Process payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Reconcile monthly benefit invoices across multiple carriers
- Convert and analyze data from PDF into Excel reporting
- Partner with HR and Finance on payroll related processes
- Support long term development of payroll as a standalone function
