Commercial Lines Account Manager

Property and Casualty Insurance Industry Morris County, NJ Looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who is required to oversee a portfolio of small to mid-sized business accounts with premiums between $1,000 and $300,000. Responsibilities include performing policy reviews and requesting modifications as needed. The renewal review process should start 60 days before the policy expires, collecting all relevant information to facilitate the renewal. It is essential to confirm that coverage is active; if not, an activity must be initiated. Engaging with clients is crucial to ensure their accounts are being managed effectively. Addressing client questions and resolving issues promptly is also part of the role. Applicants must possess a P&C License in New Jersey and be proficient with Applied/AMS systems.
