Schedule: Sunday to Thursday from 10:30PM–8:00AM EST. Annual base salary range: $60,000. 6% field bonus . This role has a flexible vacation schedule; days are chosen based on coverage requirements. You will collaborate with the team to meet the company's productivity standards and support clients in earning optimal discounts on First‑Class® and Standard® postage with our presort services. Key Responsibilities Manage production workers on the designated shift. Supervise by interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and solving problems. Perform supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Oversee the quality function throughout the production area. Ensure total quality management processes and procedures are followed. Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in completing required USPS and internal reports, job costing reports and applying all USPS postal regulations. Communicate clear and concise information between shifts. Suggest ways to increase efficiency in equipment use, working conditions, and employee motivation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of one year supervisory experience in an area where USPS requirements or regulations apply (e.g., presort, mailroom). Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in a production or mailing industry environment. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or MS Access, with basic knowledge of MS Word, internet, and email. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, or the maximum allowed by your state. Walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodation. Willing and able to work as needed, including weekends, holidays, days off, or a different shift with limited or no advance notice.
