Responsibilities Train Team Leads to build a high‑performing, positive team environment that delivers top‑notch customer service. Manage daily activities of various Customer Service departments. Evaluate team procedures and identify areas for improvement. Review performance reports and suggest ways to increase efficiency. Resolve escalated customer issues promptly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years of customer service management experience. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a high‑performing team.
