Manager, Sales Productivity

Participate in story grooming, analysis of business requirements, and design discussions for system changes and enhancements. Translate business requirements into technical design/configurations. Participate and interact with different IT-business meetings as needed. Participate and contribute to all phases of SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations following best practices, declarative programming, and development tools. Document design and implementation details. Create and present proof-of-concept to stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve post go-live production issues. Provide knowledge transfer to the Operations team. What you’ll bring: Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce in administration, development, and maintenance. Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, APIs, Lightning components, Flows, Data Loader, Reports, and Dashboards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Experience in CRM business processes such as forecasting, campaign, lead, account, opportunity quoting, order, partner communities, and contract management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with CI/CD deployment processes. Knowledge of CPQ, Marketo, Clari, Highspot, Outreach, Traction Hierarchies, and Docusign CLM is a plus. Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications are required; Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. What success looks like: After six months, you will… Understand our project delivery framework, agile tools like Jira, and application/business flow. Have a deep understanding of current implementations, extensions, and customizations. Participate in and deliver solutions for new business requirements. After about a year, you will… Influence technical designs and implement best practices. Participate in business requirement discussions and present solutions.
