Lead Flooring Installer & Flooring Helpers

Position 1: Lead Flooring Installer We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer who takes pride in their work, knows how to manage a crew, and can deliver high-quality results on time. Responsibilities: Lead and manage flooring installations (LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile, carpet, etc.) from prep to finish. Read and interpret job plans and measurements accurately. Prepare subfloors, including leveling, grinding, and moisture mitigation. Manage job site safety, cleanliness, and material inventory. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project managers. Train and guide helper crew members. Requirements: Minimum [Insert Number] years of professional flooring installation experience. Must have your own basic tools (specialty tools provided/negotiable). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot on-site issues. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment. Perform demolition and removal of old flooring. Help with floor prep (scraping, sweeping, mixing leveling compounds). Keep the job site clean and organized throughout the day. Requirements: No prior flooring experience required, but experience in construction or manual labor is a plus. Must be highly reliable and punctual. Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting (50+ lbs), kneeling, and bending for extended periods.
