Our agency opened in 2018, and our team of 4 works together to create a positive, supportive environment where both our customers and team members feel valued. As a second-generation State Farm agent, insurance has always been a part of my life, and Im passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.

I attended Central Michigan University and am married with one child. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and keeping up with my active child.

Giving back to our community is important to us. We participate in a back-to-school backpack drive, Thanksgiving events, local Chamber activities, and other community outreach opportunities throughout the year.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Ross - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
