Qualifications

4-8 years of litigation experience , with a strong background in medical malpractice and/or personal injury matters

Demonstrated experience handling cases from intake through resolution , including active participation at trial

Proven ability to manage a busy docket with minimal supervision

Superior legal writing skills and strong analytical ability

Unimpeachable ethics and sound professional judgment

Exceptional relationship and communication skills , both with clients and colleagues
