Assistant Event Manager - Entry Level

Job Description

We’re hiring an Assistant Event Manager to support the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, and customer engagement activities .

This is a full-time entry-level opportunity for motivated, organized, and people-focused individuals who want to develop skills in event management, customer service, marketing, sales, communications, and leadership .

No previous event management experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You’ll Do

Assist with coordinating and executing live events and promotional activities
Support event setup, registration, presentations, and breakdown
Help coordinate team members during events and outreach activities
Engage with customers, attendees, and community members
Provide information about programs, services, and promotions
Support customer service and community engagement efforts
Assist with event materials, displays, and promotional activities
Help track daily goals and event results
Participate in team meetings, training, and leadership development
Take on additional event and team responsibilities as you gain experience

Previous event or management experience is not required.
