Customer Operations Analyst

Customer Operations AnalystLHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Customer Operations Analyst to support customer accounts in a fast-paced, technology-enabled supply chain environment. This role combines customer service, logistics operations, data analysis, and problem-solving to help ensure smooth day-to-day execution and a high level of service.Responsibilities:Support assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships through responsive, reliable communication.Monitor daily supply chain workflows, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.Investigate operational and system challenges, determine root causes, and recommend practical solutions.Translate customer needs into workflow, reporting, configuration, or system improvements.Maintain accurate data, reports, user access, and operational documentation.Provide platform guidance, troubleshooting, and training to customers and vendors.Partner with operations, technology, reporting, and customer strategy teams to improve service and efficiency.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work.Preferred Experience:Third-party logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain visibility, or logistics management systems.System configuration, user administration, workflow design, SQL, or data analysis.Supporting enterprise customers with complex supply chain operations.Qualifications:1–4+ years of experience in customer operations, logistics, supply chain, or a technology-enabled service environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service quality.Comfort working with operational systems, supply chain platforms, and data tools.Ability to translate business needs into clear process or system improvements.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is welcomed; recent graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.Permanent Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experienceBenefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401K and more
