Operations Supervisor DHL in Hutchins is looking to hire an Operations Supervisor to join their team. Hours are 10AM –; 7PM This position will be working directly with the Operations Manager to lead our OMS and LMS programs while supporting other areas and providing coverage on our 2^nd^ shift as needed. For roles in California the range is $70,304 – $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 – $82,000. Job Description: Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred. 1 years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred. 1 years logistics industry experience, preferred. Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.
