Job Summary/Company :  Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Global and IT solutions and equipment provider seeking an onsite service technician for their client's printer equipment.  If you have entry level experience working with printers, hard copy devices, or imaging equipment this is the ideal role for you  Apply now!

This position is a dedicated onsite support role within a healthcare environment. In this capacity, you will provide high-quality service and technical support for customers’ printer equipment. This entry-level position involves repairing, maintaining, and installing a variety of printer models to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Provide support with onsite dispatch and escalations.
  • Perform Standard and Proactive Consumable Management (PCM) system updates.
  • Conduct asset tracking, reporting, billing, and ongoing system updates.
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests while complying with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide assistance with diagnoses, repair, and maintaining printer equipment.
  • Manage inventory for hot-swap devices and essential supplies to minimize customer downtime.

Qualifications:

• • Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems.
  • Entry-level experience working with printers, hard-copy devices, or imaging equipment.
  • Proficiency with administrative and computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Working knowledge of service ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and D365.

Education:

• • Minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • Technical training is a plus.
