Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, staff supervision, and safety compliance. This role manages direct reports and collaborates across departments to maintain smooth order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and receiving management. The supervisor also leads training initiatives, equipment operation oversight, and accurate reporting to support operational goals and career growth into warehouse management.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory control and maintain accurate stock levels
Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate cross-department collaboration
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving processes
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely
Design and deliver training and development programs for staff
Prepare weekly plans and monthly operational reports

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years experience in warehouse operations
Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Proficient in inventory management and warehouse management systems
Strong team leadership and communication skills
Forklift operation certification
Expertise in safety compliance
Effective problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
