Balanced Body Shipping ClerkBalanced Body is hiring a Shipping Clerk! Keep our goods moving. You'll be the operational backbone of the Balanced Body shipping department — coordinating domestic and international shipments, handling export documentation, and working cross-functionally with customers and our sales team to get the job done right, every time.What You'll DoManage day-to-day shipping operations with precision and consistencyPrepare and process domestic and international export documentationCommunicate proactively with customers, peers, and the sales teamMaintain high accuracy and strong organizational standards throughoutFollow all established safety protocols — alwaysTake on additional duties as the team needsRequirementsClean and organize warehouse, equipment, and items in stock;Pull materials against orders, then assemble and pack them for delivery;Maintain and document equipment, security, and safety information;Review incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock records to ensure availability of items;Experience in warehouse facility;Forklift experience is highly desired;Must be able to lift, push, pull 50-75 Ibs.;Knowledge of MS Office is preferred;Knowledge of shipping documents is preferred;Knowledge of FedEx shipment processing is preferred;Excellent written and verbal communications;Able to prioritize tasks independently and meet deadline;Shows willingness to learn;Other duties as assigned.The CompanyBalanced Body is the world's largest designer and manufacturer of Pilates equipment, as well as a provider of high-quality Pilates and other mind-body instructor training and continuing education.
