SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Full‑time Shift Supervisor. Location: Chime - 101 California Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94111. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Requirement: Two years of supervisory experience. Pay Range: $25.00 per hour to $27.00 per hour. Summary Direct the activities of associates during the shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentoring, developing employees and encouraging workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum requirement: Two years of supervisory experience. Ability to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
