Technical Recruiter

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Hybrid schedule : On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday About the Role This role will support hiring across Marketing, Finance, G&A, Audio Technology, and Luxury business units. It is ideal for a hands‑on recruiter with corporate recruiting background, strong sourcing capabilities and full‑cycle recruiting experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, agencies, Boolean searches, X‑ray searches, and targeted outreach Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and professional roles Recruit for technical positions including Software, Embedded Systems, DSP, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and other specialized roles Support hiring for non‑technical positions across Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Corporate functions Conduct video interviews and candidate screenings Coordinate candidate communications, interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions Influence hiring managers through market insights, recruiting data, and talent intelligence Utilize Workday and other recruiting systems to manage requisitions and candidate activity Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate engagement This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period.
