About the Role:
As the Campus and Talent Management Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will lead efforts in recruiting top talent from colleges, overseeing impactful educational programs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating engaging programs, and driving results in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
College Recruitment:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire top talent from universities and community colleges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
- Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking activities to promote AAFCPAs as an employer of choice.
Campus Ambassador & Community College Programs:
- Serve as the primary coordinator for the Campus Ambassador Program , overseeing its design and management to empower students as effective representatives of AAFCPAs on their campuses.
- Act as the main liaison with community colleges, developing and implementing tailored programs that engage and prepare students for successful accounting careers.
Education Programs:
- Support initiatives like CPA Prep Review and MBA sponsorship programs , ensuring their smooth execution and alignment with the firm’s strategic goals and values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine these programs and monitor their effectiveness in strengthening the firm’s talent pipeline.
Onboarding:
- Coordinate and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure new team members are integrated seamlessly into their roles and the AAFCPAs culture.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with the broader Talent Management team to align early talent initiatives with overall recruitment and development strategies.
- Monitor industry trends to innovate and enhance the firm's approach to college recruiting and early talent engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in college recruitment, talent acquisition, or program management; experience in professional services or public accounting is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative and proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, onboarding platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with virtual recruiting tools is a plus.

Additional Information
The salary range for this position reflects a broad set of factors considered in compensation decisions, including—but not limited to—skills, experience, training, certifications, and overall business needs. The stated range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials that may apply based on the position’s location. At AAFCPAs, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions are based on each candidate’s specific background and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per year not inclusive of any bonus potential .
*Please note that while this position is remote, occasional travel to client locations, corporate meetings and trainings may be required to facilitate effective collaboration and engagement implementation .
