Human Resource Manager

Human Resources Manager Location: Onsite, Holliston, MA, United States Responsibilities Foster an employee‑oriented culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement and productivity. Provide comprehensive HR support, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, labor planning, and day‑to‑day employee support and questions. Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions, and create action plans. Apply strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent retention, assessment, development and career/professional growth. Support employee engagement activities when needed. Track KPIs and metrics and present regular reports. Use data‑driven insights to drive HR and operational decision making. Communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully and professionally. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Handle other departmental projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and support for organizational goals. Reinforce and advocate for an Open Door Policy across the leadership team. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem‑solving, facilitation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $78,600 – $118,000 annually, depending on level, location, experience and local wage requirements. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual merit increases.
