Real Estate AccountantWe're looking for a Real Estate Accountant to join our growing team in the northern Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration with clients, lenders, and internal teams is essential. If you're interested in building a career in the title industry, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesAssist with financial reporting, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Maintain accurate records of property transactions, leases, and rent payments.Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.Assist in budgeting and forecasting for real estate properties.Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial data.Handle general accounting tasks related to real estate operations.QualificationsStrong understanding of real estate accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, AppFolio).Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.PreferredPrior experience in real estate accounting or property management.Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields is a plus.
