What You'll Be Doing Lead the materials and supply chain team while building structure and accountability. Ensure material availability to support production and customer commitments. Improve forecasting, inventory management, MRP, and replenishment strategies. Partner with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Sales to optimize operations. Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance, inventory accuracy, lead times, and operational efficiency. Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team capable of supporting future growth. About You Be able to do the job as described. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Experience leading materials management within an industrial manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of ERP systems, MRP, supplier scheduling, and inventory optimization. A collaborative leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving meaningful change.
