About the Role We are looking for a visionary, entrepreneurial Founder & CEO to spearhead the launch of an AI-driven solution designed to transform healthtech. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to refine the vision, recruit a stellar team, secure funding, and scale the venture from concept to market leader. What You’ll Do Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the company’s strategic direction, identifying opportunities to address emerging needs in healthtech. Team Building: Assemble, inspire, and retain high-performing talent across product, operations, and technology. Fundraising: Lead capital-raising efforts, leveraging our established network of investors and partners. Execution: Oversee product development, market entry, and operational strategy, employing a resourceful and hands-on approach. Culture Development: Build a culture of innovation, empathy, and excellence. What We’re Looking For Entrepreneurial Drive: A proven history of impactful ventures, projects, or achievements that demonstrate resilience and creativity. Resourcefulness: An ability to build from scratch, adapt to ambiguity, and tackle challenges effectively. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years in leadership roles within startups or entrepreneurial environments. Experience in regulated industries, healthtech, or AI-driven solutions.
