Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking experienced, hands-on Kitchen Managers to join our growing portfolio of restaurants throughout the New Orleans area.

As a Kitchen Manager, you'll lead from the kitchen — developing your team, maintaining high standards for food quality and execution, and helping drive successful restaurant operations. What You'll Do

• Lead daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation
• Lead, coach, train, and develop back-of-house team members
• Maintain a hands-on leadership presence and support the team during high-volume service
• Ensure food is prepared and executed according to recipes, specifications, and company standards
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
• Support inventory management, ordering, food cost, portion control, and waste reduction
• Support kitchen scheduling and labor management based on business needs
• Monitor kitchen equipment and communicate maintenance or repair needs
• Partner closely with front-of-house and restaurant leadership to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience
• Lead by example and help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant kitchen leadership or management experience
• Strong cooking, preparation, and culinary execution skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a back-of-house team
• Understanding of food cost, inventory, waste control, and kitchen labor management
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
