Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead LeBayou's restaurant and private event operations.

This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality leader who can successfully drive daily restaurant operations while delivering exceptional banquet and private event experiences. What You'll Do

  • Lead daily restaurant, banquet, and private event operations
  • Lead, coach, develop, and hold front- and back-of-house teams accountable
  • Oversee the successful execution of weddings, corporate events, private functions, and other special events
  • Partner closely with culinary, sales, and event teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and restaurant appearance
  • Take ownership of the guest experience, including guest concerns and service recovery
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and other key operational needs
  • Drive financial performance through effective management of sales, labor, costs, and profitability
  • Recruit, develop, and retain strong restaurant leaders and team members
  • Lead by example and create a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture

What We're Looking For

  • General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Banquet, catering, event, or hotel food and beverage leadership experience
  • Proven experience leading both front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, costs, and profitability
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage restaurant operations and multiple events simultaneously
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team development
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain composed and lead effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs
