Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide specialized services within the Behavioral Health Department, including the management and coordination of unique mental health programs.

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to analyze and assess new client needs, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their specific circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate in the development and enhancement of community resources, aiming to expand preventive mental health services that address emerging needs within our communities.

• Maintain diligent progress notes, as well as comprehensive closing and transfer summaries on each client's treatment journey, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required to ensure a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• The candidate must be current with LMFT licensure requirements and supervision guidelines to remain compliant with state regulations.

• A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in crisis management or providing mental health services, demonstrating a strong capability in therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
