Quality Assurance Inspector – Receiving (Temporary, 1st Shift) Location: Natick, MA We are hiring a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector – Receiving for a temporary 1st shift role supporting advanced aerospace, defense, and spaceflight programs. This position is ideal for candidates experienced in precision parts inspection, quality control, and blueprint reading. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming and in-process components to ensure compliance with engineering specifications Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation Use inspection tools and gauges to verify dimensions and quality standards Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure compliance and workflow efficiency Qualifications Experience in QA inspection, quality control, or a related technical role Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills Experience inspecting small, precision components Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards preferred Additional Requirement Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per government regulations Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
